From the early stages of his career, Joe's ambition was to operate a successful real estate agency. This dream became a reality along with the strong belief that to operate a business well, you must possess very good ethics and maintain exceptional customer relations at all times. This status demonstrates Joe's dedication to his clients which will keep coming back, in many cases - years later,  for his services.

Joe has a passion for serving his local community and prides himself on providing a real estate experience which is based on his own 34 years of experience within the industry.

Born and raised in the Fairfield area, Franco's goals involved becoming an admirable Sales & Management expert for the people he grew up with. After completing extensive real estate studies, he became a licensed Real Estate Agent and to this day, strives to keep up to date with all new legislation so that he may excel in providing the right advice for all your residential property needs.

Franco's commitment and level of service to each client is a feature which results in repeat business and word of mouth referrals from local and past clients. The growth of Fairfield and surrounding South-West areas will be substantial in the next 5-10 years; Clients can be assured that with 32 years local experience, Franco's knowledge and 'hands on' approach in all areas of management will help ensure all parties are treated in a manner to ensure the maximum return for your valuable asset.

Zainab, our valued team member in Property Management! On her way to becoming a class 2 licence holder, Zainab’s approach to work and knowledge of legislation is of the highest standard.

Mary has been employed by Property Partners since it opened in 2001. Before taking over as the office manager Mary worked in most areas of the office gaining an in-depth understanding of how our systems operate - in deed she was instrumental in implementing many of our current systems.

With such broad experience, Mary is a vital team member in keeping our office moving forward in today's competitive marketplace.

Natalie is our dedicated receptionist. Fluent in Assyrian, she ensures effective communication with diverse clients. Natalie's knack for grasping new tasks swiftly and delivering top-notch work makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

Specialising in tribunals, Reginald brings over a decade of expertise to our team, Reginald's longstanding commitment and knowledge makes him an invaluable member of the agency.
